Loss & Change.

Death comes to all of us in one form or another. Death or Change, in Tarot both are considered the same. For change to occur something must end for something new to begin. My heart goes out to you if you are experiencing a loss of someone or something you love. It could be a person, a beloved pet, a relationship, a home or even an old version of you. Don’t negate the loss, even if it is a loss of a dream. Your body and spirit will feel the loss as keenly, if it is something you loved.

The cards say that you may be trying to escape from a situation by burying your head in the sand, pretending that nothing has changed, rather than dealing with it. This avoidance can work in the short term but sooner or later you will have to deal with it. Sooner is better than later because it will just build up till you can no longer handle it.

Emotions are difficult to handle and most of us need help – the professional kind. Don’t try and deal with it alone, find a therapist who can help you through the process. Movement may be difficult at this point in time but with a helping hand you can do it.

Change means a lot of adjustment – new plans need to be made, life may be taking on a different direction – there is a lot of physical stuff that needs to be dealt with. Don’t procrastinate and don’t run away from it. Don’t let your attention get diverted to doing the small insignificant things and don’t create things to do so you don’t need to face the loss. Face it head on now and you will thank yourself later for doing so.

Have a blessed day 💛
